These general terms and conditions govern the use of this website as well as all inquiries and mediations of services made through it. We do not perform any craft or other services ourselves, but solely facilitate contact between the client and suitable service providers.

1. Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all users of this website who submit an inquiry via the contact form, by phone, or by email and wish to be mediated. By submitting an inquiry, the user accepts these conditions.

2. Nature of Our Service

We exclusively mediate the contact between the client and independent service providers.
The actual contract for the execution of the work is concluded solely between the client and the selected service provider.
We do not become a contracting party and do not undertake the execution of any activities.

3. Mediation Process
  1.  The client describes their order as precisely as possible.
  2.  We review the inquiry and suggest – depending on availability – one or more suitable service providers.
  3.  The client independently decides whether to contact or commission a service provider.
  4.  Prices, scope of services, dates, and all other arrangements are made directly between the client and the service provider.

4. Costs and Compensation

There are generally no costs for the client through our mediation.
Our fee is paid exclusively by the service provider. It is individually agreed upon with each service provider and only becomes due when the service provider successfully receives the order.
The commission does not influence the service provider’s pricing towards the client.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

We are not responsible for the nature, quality, prices, punctuality, or results of the work performed by the service provider.
All claims regarding defects, damages, or delays must be made exclusively against the service provider.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence within the scope of mere mediation activities.

6. Obligations of the Client

The client commits to,
– provide complete and truthful information when making the inquiry,
– use the received contact details and offers solely for the specified task,
– not share this data with third parties or use it commercially.

7. Rejection of Inquiries

We reserve the right to reject inquiries or refrain from mediation if
– the request is unclear or unlawful,
– no suitable service providers are available,
– the request does not fit into our network.
There is no entitlement to mediation.

8. Assistance in Conflicts

In case of conflicts between the client and the service provider, we can assist in mediating upon request.
However, there is no obligation to resolve disputes or to bear costs.

9. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the separate privacy policy on this website.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of the inquiry on this website applies.

11. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
